I’ve lived the beautiful messiness of migration, identity shifts, and starting over. And through it all, I’ve returned—again and again—to the mat.
What I teach is not about picture-perfect poses or polished performances. It’s about presence.
Yoga has been my anchor for over two decades— across three countries, cultures, and languages. From Venezuela, where I graduated in Advertising in 1995; to Chile, where I stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time in 2000…(and never quite left it); finally coming in 2024 to Taiwan, where I have experienced firsthand that this path has never been about being bodily flexible, fully athletic, or “ready.” You just need to show up. Yoga practice is a space for all bodies, all backgrounds, all moments of life. Let’s walk this path together—one breath, one movement, one moment at a time. But first just a little bit about me:
In 2001, I started assisting yoga classes to individuals and groups, then leading classes and workshops in Chile, Perú and Argentina, while at the same time learning along the way from incredible teachers in Chile, Argentina, the U.S., France, and India.

In 2009 I became a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher at the Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India—an accreditation I renewed in 2015.
In 2018 I created and managed my own yoga studio, Radhika, in Santiago, Chile.

In 2019, I published my first book: “Sentir Yoga” (Feeling Yoga) —an invitation to experience yoga as something to feel, not just perform.
When the world paused in 2020 I transitioned my teaching online and I continued to do so until now, connecting several times a week with students across continents.
In 2021 I obtained a diploma in Neurodance, Trauma and Resilience, and in 2022 another in Body and Emotions, with a focus on the digestive system, because I believe that continuing to learn is the best guarantee to being able to deliver and share well-being.
