Meeting Jericho has provided me with a knowledgeable guide. She combines both firmness and flexibility, like the principles of Yoga. With her I have advanced a lot in my personal exploration, I consider her a great teacher, always attentive to details, and with a sincere and constant dedication. Her classes are enriching for both body and spirit, providing precise instructions and adjustments that enhance your practice. She respects every individual’s needs, moments, and cycles. I am infinitely grateful.
Unused things are forgotten. That has happened to my body. I only use a small part of it and the rest I have put somewhere else, leaving it to dust and deteriorate due to physical injury. The practice of Yoga has rescued me from this oblivion, allowing me to become aware, to recognize myself and to find myself again. My outer and my inner self acting together. Inseparable as they always should have. I am very grateful to have come across yoga, and even more so with Jericho. A combination of maximum professionalism, knowledge, experience and human quality are characteristics that make her the perfect teacher to guide you in learning and using Yoga as a valuable tool to improve our lives.
Practicing with Jeri is one of the best things that have happened to me on my yoga journey. I have been practicing for about nine years. Initially, I could only attend a few classes due to my work schedule. However, she immediately connected with me on a personal level regarding my yoga practice. Whenever possible, I attended her classes or workshops. She doesn’t just teach you a technique; she teaches you to practice as an individual with all your strengths and weaknesses, both physical and mental. When she opened her own studio, I joined immediately. Since then, I have been making daily progress in my yoga practice. She has such a strong connection with her students and path companions (as she calls us), that during her online classes, she manages to convey all her energy and wisdom through our screens. Practicing with Jeri is a gift.
Due to different life circumstances, my body has accumulated a lot of tension and fear since my childhood. For years I did psychological therapy and emotionally I have been moving forward, so I feel very happy and grateful for my achievements. However, I was missing something to put my body in motion, something that would allow all those physical places that were tight and stiffened since my childhood to loosen and open. When I do Yoga, I feel that the movements and postures enter my body like a breeze of fresh air, that breeze has been awakening muscles, tendons and nerves that for years I did not feel.
Practicing Yoga helps my body expand. Though there are still many challenging postures I can’t do yet, I’m gradually regaining physical well-being, which makes me very happy.
