The instructor’s presence supports the mind-body connection, ensuring you feel safe and enjoy an enriching session. Space is limited to 10 students. All levels are welcome.

Private yoga classes offer an adaptive experience to the practitioner, as they can be directed to specific objectives such as improving flexibility, reducing stress, strengthening the body, learning breathing techniques or meditation or deepening personal practice. They can be done at home, in a studio or even online, with schedules that fit the time schedule of both the teacher and the student.
