Classes

In person Classes / Small groups

In-person classes allow for authentic connections. You’ll practice in small groups with personalized attention tailored to your individual needs, focusing on breath, concentration, and tranquility. The instructor’s presence supports the mind-body connection, ensuring you feel safe and enjoy an enriching session. Space is limited to 10 students. All levels are welcome.

Schedule: Tuesdays at 11:00 p.m., near the Zhishan MRT station in Tianmu, Taipei (Taught fully in English)

1 on 1 Classes / Private Lessons

Private yoga classes offer an adaptive experience to the practitioner, as they can be directed to specific objectives such as improving flexibility, reducing stress, strengthening the body, learning breathing techniques or meditation or deepening personal practice. They can be done at home, in a studio or even online, with schedules that fit the time schedule of both the teacher and the student.

Home lessons within Taipei City; for addresses in New Taipei City, only online classes are available.
